Are gels and drinkable juices gluten-free?
Yes, all our gels and juices are gluten-free.
How much drinkable gel or juice should I take each day?
2 tablespoons (2 x 15ml) 1-3 times a day.
Should I mix the drinkable Gel’s and Juice with something before taking?
For a beneficial effect it’s best to take 2 tablespoons 1-3 times daily without mixing with water or other juices.
