Are Novarnica products effective for bruises?

How often can I use Novarnica products?
Do not use more than 4 times in a 24-hour period. If pain persists, we suggest consulting a doctor.
Do I need to massage the product into the skin?
Applying cream is good. But massaging it in deeply is even better.
