Why fresh goat's milk?
All of our products are made with fresh goat’s milk instead of powdered dehydrated milk. By using fresh goat’s milk, we ensure that all the vitamins and nutrients remain intact, allowing us to transfer all the benefits of this natural moisturizer to your skin.
Powdered milk, although it contains moisturizing properties, has fewer vitamins, nutrients, and natural fats, which reduces its effectiveness once dehydrated.
What are the benefits of fresh goat's milk?
Fresh goat’s milk contains capric and caprylic acids that naturally balance the alkalinity of our skin. The pH of fresh goat’s milk, unlike cow’s milk or milk from other animals, is the closest to the ideal alkalinity level of human skin.
Are the goats mistreated to obtain the milk for your products?
All our fresh goat’s milk suppliers are registered with the Union des producteurs agricoles (UPA). Our farmers adhere to strict standards to ensure that the goats are treated respectfully and have access to outdoor facilities.
Does fresh goat's milk leave a scent in your products?
Fresh goat’s milk is odorless when mixed into the product and does not leave any scent on the skin.
I am lactose intolerant; can I use your products?
Since we do not know the severity of your allergy, we recommend checking with your doctor before using our products. Even though this is a food-related allergy, we also strongly suggest testing the product on a small area of your skin first.
Are your products tested on animals?
None of our finished products are tested on animals.
Are you open to new distribution channels?

Where are your products made?
We are proud to manufacture all of our products in Quebec, Canada. Specifically, in our Les Plastiques JETS factory located in Beloeil, Quebec, Canada.
What makes your soaps different from other brands?
All Nature goat’s milk soaps are made using 99% naturally derived ingredients and a traditional saponification process, so the soap bar cleanses without destroying your skin’s natural moisture barrier. What’s more, goat’s milk is recognized as an excellent natural moisturizer that also balances the skin’s PH, giving you a radiant, healthy complexion.
Other commercial soaps, commonly known as beauty bars, remove your natural moisture during cleansing and rehydrate at the same time with a moisturizing agent. This type of bar means that your skin constantly needs to be rehydrated and requires extra care.
Are your packaging materials recyclable?
Yes, all of our products are recyclable. We ensure that all of our packaging can be recycled to help protect our planet.
Did you know that some cardboard or plastic containers are rejected at recycling centres because they contain more than one type of recycled material that is incompatible?
To address this issue, all of our cartons feature an eco-friendly barrier instead of using the standard lamination with a plastic layer. Our cartons are 100% recyclable. We have also added perforation lines on the plastic sleeves of our bottles so that the label can be removed from the bottle before recycling.
Are your products biodegradable?
Yes, all our soap bars are biodegradable.

Fresh goat’s milk is odorless when mixed into the product and does not leave any scent on the skin.
I have sensitive skin, can I use your products?
Yes, we highly recommend trying our fragrance-free product line. They are gentle on the skin, and the benefits of fresh goat’s milk will help soothe your irritated skin. While some of our fragrances contain essential oils, we use only a small amount of fragrance in our other scents. If your skin is particularly sensitive to fragrance, we suggest testing our fragrance-free products.
What’s the difference between Nature skin care products and Caprina skin care products?
While both Nature and Caprina skin care products are made with fresh goat’s milk, our Nature products are made with many natural derived ingredients meaning the ingredients we use are originated from plants and minerals, making them a more natural choice when it comes to daily hygiene care.
We do not use synthetic conservative agents which make Nature softer on the skin for those with very sensitive skin.
Can I use your soap bar on my face?
Although our soaps are not specifically designed for this use, they can be used on the face. Our soap bars are non-comedogenic, meaning they won’t clog your pores.
If you have very sensitive facial skin, we suggest testing on a small area of your cheek before washing your entire face. Facial use is a personal choice for each individual.
Are your products safe for children?
Yes, for children 2 years and older. It is recommended to use baby-specific products for children under 2 years old.
How to create the perfect foam in my bath?
To optimize your experience with Caprina Bubble Bath we suggest pouring desired quantity directly under running water and gently stirring the bathwater with your hands. This helps dissolve the product and increases the amount of bubbles.
